When will be the rankings, diplomas and pictures of the race available?
The ranking will be put online during the evening of the day of the race. Diplomas can be printed along with the retrieval of your Velomediane t-shirt starting from 20 minutes after your arrival at the end of the race and until max. 6.45 PM during that day. Please note that diplomas can also be retrieved online on our website after that any time you want. Individual photos are charged and accessible until 72 hours max. after the race, and available with the provided link that comes along with the ranking.
Can we keep the race chip after the race?
Yes, you can! Chips included with the race number are unique and belong to you.
Can our own food/drink supply be brought by private team members or/and have our own team car?
NO, and team cars are forbidden
I happen to be sick during the day of the race, can I get a refund?
No refund policy is allowed, but you can get a voucher for the following year’s race under presentation of a medical note.
Is the race choice final after registration?
No change of race (Vélomediane >< Petit Crique) will be allowed on the day of the race or the day before, unless special case basis and explicit agreement from the registration manager.[/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title="Can I get a priority race number?" _builder_version="4.0.6" hover_enabled="0" open="off"]Only medal-winning racers from the last two years will be granted priority race number. Beware, priority race number registration ends on July 1st. Please check priority race number field on the registration form[/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title="The average speed is 18 km/h. Does this mean I’ll be off race if I ride at a slower speed?" _builder_version="4.0.6" hover_enabled="0" open="off"]Yes. The roadbook is basing its average speed if 18 km/h for the sweeper car. Please note that any racer that gets past the sweeper car will ride under its own responsibility, and won’t be under the race’s security service and organisation, and won’t be timed anymore.[/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title="What is the limit date for registration?" _builder_version="4.0.6" hover_enabled="0" open="off"]Registrations on the spot can be done until max. the day of the race, from 6.30 AM to 8.50 AM, as well as the day before from 6PM to 9.00PM. The race isn’t closed to traffic. The security service and signalmen will help the cyclists to ensure them security on the road, as well as others users of public roads.
